I. Corporate Background

ZODO TIRE CO., LTD. is a high-end tire manufacturing enterprise integrating research and development, manufacturing, and sales. Its products cover multiple series including passenger car tires and truck and bus tires. The company always adheres to the development philosophy of "technology-driven and quality first". With advanced production equipment and a strict quality management system, its products are exported to overseas markets, and its brand influence continues to grow.

To further expand its international market presence, Zhengdao Tire has invested in the construction of a factory in Cambodia with an annual production capacity of 13.5 million semi-steel tires (PCR). This project is a crucial component of Zhengdao Tire's globalization strategy, aiming to establish a modern production base that integrates intelligent manufacturing, digital management, and efficient collaboration.


II. Project Background

During the construction and planning process of the new factory, Zhengdao Tire realized that traditional production management methods were difficult to meet the future requirements of refined and intelligent production. In order to achieve transparency, data-driven management, and integration in the production process, Zhengdao Tire chose to collaborate with ZQSOFT Information Technology Co., Ltd. to jointly promote the construction of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) project.

The project was officially launched in February 2025, with the plan to achieve comprehensive integration from the equipment level to the management level by introducing the MES solution independently developed by Xinhai Zhizhang. It aims to build a digital production system covering raw material warehousing, manufacturing, warehouse management, quality traceability, equipment operation and maintenance, and other aspects, creating a digital benchmark factory in the tire industry.


III. Project Implementation Content

The current MES project aims to "build a transparent, intelligent, and traceable digital factory" and focuses on systematic planning and construction around the core production links. It mainly includes the following modules:

1. Production planning and scheduling management

The system achieves multi-level production planning and automated scheduling, connecting the entire process from planning to execution, ensuring efficient and orderly production rhythms, and reducing production waiting and changeover times.

2. Production process and equipment management

Through deep integration with underlying devices and automation systems, automatic data collection and real-time monitoring of equipment are achieved, enabling comprehensive grasp of equipment operating status, production progress, and capacity utilization. The equipment management module facilitates automatic task issuance, reducing manual intervention and enhancing production response speed.

3. Process and quality management

The MES system digitizes information such as process formulas, process parameters, and process change records, ensuring that every process step is traceable. The system also facilitates quality control throughout the entire process, from before production, during production, to after production, and supports the tracing of non-conforming products and rapid response to anomalies.

4. Warehousing and logistics management

The system refines the granularity of warehouse operations, real-time controls inventory dynamics through barcode and Kanban technology, optimizes material flow paths, improves warehouse efficiency and accuracy, and reduces inventory costs.

5. Personnel and performance management

Establish a management mechanism for personnel qualifications and operational permissions to prevent unqualified operations. The system can also conduct quantitative analysis of operational personnel performance, providing data support for enterprise performance evaluation and training.


IV. Project Management and Implementation Guarantee

Since the project's inception, both teams have collaborated closely, establishing a comprehensive project management system. This includes a project leadership team, project managers, a development and implementation group, and a key user group.

Through the weekly meeting mechanism, stage reporting, and closed-loop problem management, we ensure clear objectives, efficient execution, and rapid response to issues in all aspects of the project.
